Ever delivered a flawless event while chaos reigned behind the scenes? Power struggles, misinformation, poor processes, and missing critical info—if this sounds familiar, this session is for you. Drawing from mega event management practices, we'll explore the 4 Cs of effective event delivery: Command, Control, Coordinate, and Communicate. We'll start with the 4 Cs framework, illustrating how they interrelate to improve event execution. In Command, we'll focus on leadership and decision-making. Control will cover regulation, oversight, and quality control. Coordinate will address training, scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration. Finally, Communicate will highlight the importance of information sharing and feedback. Each section offers tips, tricks, and tools for seamless behind the scenes execution, ensuring efficient, safe, and successful events.
