Global summits, international trade conferences, political conventions, and nationally-televised sporting events can take over an entire city. No matter the size of the project, live events need top-level production management as there is little room for failure but when you're working in multiple venues across a city with the international press, global leaders, and attendees from around the world, the pressure is on. As high-level Production Managers, it is our job to get the right people and equipment into the right event spaces on time and on budget.

In this deep dive into the logistics surrounding your event, we will look at the best practices when it comes to scheduling event space access, sourcing labor, managing shipping and potential delays, and making sure we are having the "what if" conversation that keeps us ready if something goes wrong. Through detailed event schedules and equipment matrixes we will work together in this collaborative and engaging talk to call out major milestones from expected deliverables, coordinate site visits and production meetings, talk through diagrams and 3D renderings, crew management and sourcing, trucking and logistics, and finally how to close out your event on time and on budget.

Once we have the outline and skill set called out, we'll introduce discussions around working on major televised sporting events and conferences with high-level global leaders on the international stage and the management that goes along with all of this.
