View, browse, and sort the ever-growing list of sessions by pass type, track, and format.
If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

NOW CATERING!!!
DO NOT put this sign in your window restaurant! Do not post this on social media! Hear me out first:
Adding catering is often seen to be in-line with other last-ditch restaurant efforts such as half-price wine night, free appetizer coupons, & the wavy arms inflatable guy out front. Many restaurants that start catering might as well say they'd be willing to do anything for a little more money.
But can it be done without seeming desperate? Can it be done with style and sophistication? Can the addition of off-premise catering complement your brand and take it to new heights? We thought it could, so we spent six months developing a unique product and launched it like a rocket ship—not with a sign in the front window.
This talk will follow our company through the process and show how we turned "now offering catering" into "now everyone wants us to cater their next event."
