The business of meal prep has risen dramatically in the US within the last 3 to 5 years. With the overall convenience and affordable cost of meals, it's no wonder! Society is too busy working and often forgets to eat or make time for it. In this presentation we will give an overview on how to start a meal prep company from purchasing, menu writing, packaging and costing. In addition we will discuss nutritional software and the use of, along with labeling, labeling programs and partnering with local gyms and social media influencers.
