View, browse, and sort the ever-growing list of sessions by pass type, track, and format.
If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Great news! Your Sales partner has booked a fabulous event with a budget that may be the biggest you've ever had to work with, with a client that has BIG expectations due to your brand's reputation and is open to EVERYTHING you can throw their way…but where do start?
As simple as it may seem, you start at the very beginning with a turnover discussion with your Sales partner, to a joint call between your Sales partner and your client and from there – bringing in your "internal" partners sooner, rather than later to get their buy-in and their commitment to the end result, which is a client whose expectations have been exceeded, not just merely met.
At Disney, we are familiar with Mickey's 10 Commandments and how we modified what was once used for Theme Park planning to now be used in the world of meetings and events. During this session we will share with you the modifications of the commandments and how they can and are applied to the planning process (both internally and externally) within the Catering & Convention Services Team, the Banquet & Culinary Team, Entertainment Team, and outside Vendors for the Disneyland Resort.
