Practice includes rotation through: How to free pour how to use a jigger. When and how to stir, shake, and toss cocktails. There will be discussion and demonstration of the technique of efficient catering bar set up, garnishing, and actual practice with coaches to improve performance of you or your bar staff. Plus, you will learn to move beyond the one "arm drink slinger" to basic craft techniques that increase speed and improve presentation and quality of cocktails and tips for signature welcome cocktails in large volume environments. Note: this class has a hands-on capacity limit of 30, and will be repeated immediately afterward.
