A FOH (Front Of House) professionals hands-on class is essential for new Event Managers, Captains, and a refresher for seasoned pros.
There will be explanations, demonstration, and hands-on practice of six different methods of delivering plated meals from the pass to the guest tables quickly, accurately, and without chaos. The dinner dance repertoire includes; Dedicated Serving Teams; delivery and serving with and without trays, 2UP Zone or Room Sweep, and Restaurant Switch Out.
Review of room-table layouts, TCO (Table Cover Orders), and TSO (Table Service Orders). Plus, comment on assignments and responsibilities of The Expo, Captains, A & B Waiters, Fixers, Carriers, Rovers, and Beverage Stewards.
