This Hands-on workshop goes through the entire process of tasks associated with the dining service and what the responsibilities are for the front of house when setting up and working an event for your company. Since this workshop is “hands-on”, you can be given the opportunity learn these techniques such as setting the table, proper serving/clearing, beverage service and more) in real-time! Or just take pictures and lots of notes!
