This hands-on session will make your skills behind the bar sizzle! Practice includes rotation through:
* How to free pour
* How to use a jigger
• When and how to stir and or shake cocktails

There will also be discussion and demonstration of the technique of efficient catering bar set up, garnishing, and actual practice with coaches to improve performance of you or your bar staff.

Plus, you will learn to move beyond the one "arm drink slinger" to basic craft techniques that increase speed, improves presentation and quality of cocktails. Note: this class has a hands-on capacity limit of 40
