In this workshop, let's examine what we can be doing right now to make sure we sustain sales growth, and not become burned by it. Many event vendors are experiencing a business influx that is basically the same as "The Oprah Effect" and "The Shark Tank Effect", a term given to the rapid growth (and often rapid decline) in sales. The demand for our services are now on a sharp rise, costs are rising to match, and the pressure to perform and obtain as much of the business as possible is on! But what happens in 2024, when everything calms down and people aren't beating your door down anymore? Let's examine case studies from those in similar situations (i.e. - those who experienced rapid expansion once they were featured in national media) and see what we can adapt into our own strategies to ensure long term growth.
