Are you ready to scale your catering operations from sub $1M, or $2M to $5M+? When Emily joined the TapRoot Hospitality Collective, the focus of hiring her was around strategic, sustainable growth for a small to mid-sized collection of businesses that had experienced success, but had minimum insight into stair-stepping up to the next level. The skill-set that takes a successful entrepreneur from start-up to initial success in year 3-5 is a different set than the skills to make that next jump. If you feel like your organization is ready for that next step, or feel like you're not sure how to handle all the inquiries you have above the amount of business you already have booked, this talk will give you insight into how to think strategically through growing your capacity, handling minimums, and what is realistic as you look to the future.
