You don't have to be in the hospitality business to focus on the power of hospitality.

But what is hospitality? One definition is, "it is the art of making a personal connection with someone." If this is true, then aren't we all in the hospitality (or people) business, first?

In this session, we will look at the eight principles of hospitality leadership that help us focus on understanding that we are in the people business first, and foremost. How we make our employees, co-workers, customers, and prospects feel is vitally important today. It is about creating Brand Ambassadors. These are the people who can't wait to tell the stories of how you make them feel. These 8 principles not only apply to selfless leadership, but to building customer and employee loyalty, the culture of the organization, and the personal and professional brand that all of us have.

By applying these 8 principles, we will be able to empower and engage our teams to create more Brand Ambassadors for our organizations, communities and the people that are in them.
