With more guests requiring special diets, it makes sense to design menus that can accommodate those with special requirements into the same menus we are preparing for the rest of our guests. We will show you how to do this with out sacrificing quality or flavor. This will help to make production easier and more efficient as you will be able to design menus with fewer options but still satisfying those special requests.
