Delight in the Details is an interactive presentation to assist event planners in taking event experience building to new heights. Using powerpoint and embedded videos, together we'll walk through details that provide an edge over the competition. Raising the bar to what will feel like "white glove" treatment to all attendees, as well as vendors. Often these small differences leave the most lasting impression on an overall experience - building best-in-class experiences will become your reputation, like it has become mine. Audience members at TSE will be encouraged via small prizes to participate and engage in the conversation, thus leaving the session with great tools and confidence, without the boredom of a lecture - which is far more fun for me as a presenter, as well. I'll leave time at the end for Q&A, as that's where additional nuggets are shared amongst industry colleagues.
