Great events do not happen by accident. Success requires organizational skills, personal discipline, industry knowledge, and a good support team to produce memorable events consistently. These skills are paramount when planning high profile conventions where the guest experience is critical and each year must surpass the last in creativity, innovation and luxury food and beverage in a new city.
In June 2019 the teams from One10, Oh, Arona! Experiences, and Mandalay Bay produced the three-day Subaru National Business Conference for 2,500 attendees in this very same event space where we are now—with zero landfill waste.
In this panel session the teams will discuss the planning process, using traditional event spaces in non-traditional ways, engaging attendees, collaboration between vendors, and striking the balance with entertainment and food and beverage.
This session promises not to be a ‘show and tell’ but rather a wide ranging look at how to create better events with communication, collaboration, and being hyper focused on the guest experience.
