Client onboarding is the process for welcoming new clients into your business and ensuring they understand the services available to them. Onboarding keeps clients happier because they know what to expect and you are able to reference it when a client feels you're not doing everything you should. Onboarding guides are necessary and a great sales tool - giving your client homework that helps you be successful and giving them a guide to work from during the course of planning their event.
