Venue partners are the strongest source of referrals for a caterer. Building and maintaining successful venue partnerships are key to a catering company's growth and success. This presentation will focus on three key points from the perspective of both the venue and the caterer: 1) How the caterer can be an extension of the venue sales team 2) How co-marketing by venue/caterer extends the reach of sales and marketing efforts and 3) how creating a "network" of venue partners can help build best practices, SOP's and referrals sources for venue parterns. In addition, intergrating your local CVB into this dynamic adds an even more valuable component to the relationship.
