The "tried and true" menu items that everyone always wants. Again. But help is on the way! The "brothers," chefs Andy Krause and Todd Annis, will show you how to "resurrect" some of these classic comfort items and elevate them using new techniques, new flavors, and new presentations—making them a "trendsetting salvation" on your menus, fun for your staff to serve (and chefs to prepare) once again. They will demonstrate "It's just a grilled cheese", "the hated potato bar", "another plain old carving station?!?", "BBQ AGAIN station" and "Can we sell something other than Bananas Foster for dessert?"
