Join Sabert as they search for the next great plate artist in the Beyond the Plate Contest. Contestants are required to create, plate, and photograph their own cuisine or course type using the Sabert Stackable Party Platter kit. Online submissions for the contest will be accepted between December 17th, 2018 and January 31st, 2019. Contest will run December 17th through February 8th. Participants can enter by signing up at Judges will choose six finalists by February 15th to participate in the onsite contest at Catersource 2019 February 27, 2018 in New Orleans, emceed by Chef Eric LeVine. The Beyond the Plate contest is sponsored by Sabert who will award three winners with Amex gift cards; 1st place $1,000, 2nd place $500 and 3rd place $350.
