Stavros joined M Culinary Concepts in 2010 as the top Sales executive, and since then has worked with his team of "Sales Junkies" to make M Culinary the largest privately held catering company in the Southwest, with 2016 sales exceeding $28 Million (up from $10.1 Million in 2009). Today M Culinary Concepts is a proud member of the Leading Caterers of America, and Stavros an active member of the organization's Steering Committee.

    Stavros brings to his professional life a passion for expanding his culinary horizons matched by a desire to build lasting relationships - and love of a good time! Important qualities for a career in catering and event sales...a natural choice after studying Political Science and Chinese language in college. Cutting his teeth with one of the most respected catering companies in Arizona, Stavros went on to develop, launch and manage a boutique luxury brand for industry giant Aramark, working with clients throughout the country. With M Culinary Concepts, Stavros leads companywide sales and marketing efforts, and develops long-term growth and outreach strategies that strengthen relationships and community.
