Jean is the innovation chef and general manager for The Bread Garden Catering, Blue Ketchup BBQ & The Ginger Collective. Her passion for fresh, local foods and international flavors has helped to shape the offerings of all three brands. Jean loves starting with a blank page of paper and helping people bring their ideas to life. As an avid traveler, she loves to bring the flavors from around the world together with local ingredients and create menus that are new and innovative. Her favorite types of events to create are cocktail parties, weddings and events for groups of 1,000 people or more.
