If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Brad Snyder is an Event Specialist at The JDK Group, a full-service catering and event production company, located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. His passion is working with corporate clients to bring their big time event visions to life. He loves painting exciting concepts to his clients and bringing it to fruition through custom creative food and beverage offerings that tie into the theme and design. Brad started with The JDK Group in 2021 after the COVID pandemic brought him back home to Pennsylvania. He previously spent several years in the catering and events world at Mammoth Mountain in California. Brad is a graduate of Penn State University, where he studied Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management with a focus in Event Management.
