    From a classroom in Zimbabwe to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Peter Rosenberg is recognized for his calm confidence and passion for sharing culinary know-how. He spent 18 months leading the kitchen at the brand's prestigious Education & Culinary Center in Wooster, Ohio. Now as a corporate chef, he focuses on sharing and educating new and current customers with menu ideas. He also shares meal solutions for consumers on television, on radio and at events.

    Chef Peter has spent three decades sharing his culinary, catering and developmental skills around the globe. He and his wife, Rosemary, owned and operated DELICATEXAS Food Creations & Catering in Houston. Through this respected catering and consulting business, he worked closely with the Texas Beef Council, U.S. Meat Export Federation, The University of Houston and Certified Angus Beef ® brand to educate chefs. Before joining the brand's culinary team, Chef Peter was the senior executive chef at Texas A&M University.

    Additionally, his resume includes chef appointments at several five-star hotels, including Rosewood's Bel-Air in Los Angeles, The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Remington Hotel in Houston, and The Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Chef Peter has catered events for Hollywood's finest, U.S. presidents and royalty including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip as well as the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, earning recognition and approval from his peers and food critics. When he's not in the kitchen, he and Rosemary enjoy spending time with family, traveling and entertaining at their Wooster, Ohio, home.
