Karen O’Connor is the executive chef at Daniel et Daniel. She has worked for over thirty years in the hospitality industry working both front and back of house. Over the course of time she discovered that catering was where she was happiest. She has been with Daniel et Daniel for 19 years. One of her most satisfying responsibilities is to lead Daniel et Daniel’s culinary team, overseeing menu development and facilitating the ongoing creative process that consistently delivers unique dining experiences for our clients. A recipient of the CATIE Chef of the Year Award, Karen O’Connor is one of the top Catering Chefs in North America. She has been chair of the culinary council of the International Caterers Association and she is currently President of the ICA
