Russell MorinCEORussell Morin Fine Catering

Russell graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration and the Culinary Institute of America. In between his college days, he spent two years that he describes as “glorious” in the U.S. Army, working at the Fort Meade Officers Club with chefs from around the world. It’s here where Rusty (the nickname he never lost) learned about purchasing, garde manger, and party production. He is a founding member of Leading Caterers of America, sits on the board of directors of CaterSource, and has served on the Rhode Island and Massachusetts restaurant associations, helping pass legislation that has positively impacted the industry. Rusty’s love of food service is one of the driving forces behind Russell Morin Fine Catering’s success. And his attitude toward our most important asset, our employees, is the second. As Rusty puts it, “One of my measures of success is the number of staff and clients who have told me how positively our company has affected their lives.”
