Tabitha MasonManaging PartnerZingerman's Cornman Farms

Tabitha Mason joined Zingerman’s in 2011 and brings her diverse experience in restaurant & catering operations, customer service and business management to her role as Managing Partner at Zingerman’s Cornman Farms, a 27-acre working farm and event venue in Dexter, Michigan. Tabitha joined the business as its first Venue Manager, a role in which she managed day-to-day operations, oversaw all event coordination and supervised the operations team, porters, bartenders and servers. In August 2017, she joined founding partner Kieron Hales as owner operator of the farm. As an owner of an outdoor event venue in Michigan, which has a distinct event season, Tabitha has been instrumental in the hiring, managing and training of the farm’s seasonal staff to deliver Zingerman's great service. She continually draws on her extensive customer service background to ensure all new and seasonal employees benefit from the same training program to maintain consistency throughout the year. In her current role, she focuses on propelling the business forward and continuing to position the farm as a leading destination for unique events and culinary experiences, all while delivering the highest standards in customer service.
