    Daniel Joseph joined Blue Plate Catering in April of 2009 as Vice President of Operations and in July of 2016 became the Operating Partner of Blue Plate Catering. Dan has over 30 years of hospitality experience and prior to joining Blue Plate Catering, Dan was the Vice President of Catering at Food For Thought, Inc., General Manager of Special Events & Restaurants at the Art Institute of Chicago, and Director, Conference Center at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

    Dan loves his job working with the various areas with Blue Plate Catering, Because as he sees it no day is ever the same in the world of catering… We are happy people making people happy.
