Jonathan JenningsEVP/COOCT Wedding Group

Jonathan has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Connecticut Wedding Group since 1999. Jonathan believes that weddings today are about transforming raw, non-traditional spaces into magnificent wedding venues, bringing the rich diversity of Connecticut Farms to the reclaimed table and creating unexpected, fun and unique experiences for wedding guests. In addition to his role in running the overall company and leading the Wedding Division, Jonathan also heads the FoodService Solutions Consulting Unit, providing consulting services to Child Nutrition Programs in Connecticut schools. Jonathan enjoys teaching sales and catering each year at the national Catersource Conference and in his free time serves as a mentor to young caterers across the country. Jonathan serves on the Advisory Board of the University of New Haven Hospitality and Tourism Department and is on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Restaurant Association. Jonathan is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the International Caterers Association. He is also a member of elite, invitation only, Leading Caterers of America group and is a member of the Les Amis d' Escoffier Society of Connecticut. Jonathan lives on a small farm in Connecticut with his wife and children.
