  • Vijay GoelOwnerBite Catering Couture

Vijay is a co-owner of Bite Catering Couture and Founder of Chefalytics. Across his career, his efforts have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in annual profit improvement for clients.

Fascinated by the intersection of food, technology, and operations, Vijay brings the analytic rigor of a strategic consultant and data geekery of a software developer to food operations and event design. The children of such strange couplings tend to be insights around how to improve ROI, how to streamline operations, how to improve productivity and quality, and how to turn anecdotes into data-driven dashboards.

He was previously a physician, a consultant with McKinsey, and a prize lead for the X PRIZE Foundation.

He lives with wife Elizabeth and dog Shiloh in Manhattan Beach, CA.
