Heather's professional career started when she was attending the Whittimore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire - Durham. She worked hard to obtain a full scholarship playing on the women's lacrosse team. The day before her sophomore season began, she had an epiphany - she was struggling to find meaning in her career and decided to make the move to Denver, Colorado where she began her Culinary Arts Degree at Johnson & Wales University. She graduated in 2013 with an A.S. in Culinary.

She has had the pleasure of working under many highly regarded Chefs at nationally recognized restaurants. She made the move to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in the catering business. She was fortunate enough to have won the ICAEF Catersource Scholarship in both 2015 and 2016, which allowed her to attend the Las Vegas Conference. After much consideration, she made the move back to Denver, CO and joined the Footers Family.

What she enjoys the most about food is how it has allowed her an amazing outlet for creativity and the opportunity to pass on her passion to the newest generation of emerging cooks and chefs. If she is able to teach or educate someone once a day about something that they didn't know - she is doing what she set out to.
