At a young age, Heidi Brice began working in the events industry with the award-winning team at Puff 'n Stuff Catering & Events in Orlando, FL. She has managed thousands of events throughout her tenure and now serves as the Director of Catering where she assists in leading a team of 10 Special Event Planners and Coordinators.    In her role, Heidi enjoys flexing her creative muscles while planning events ranging from corporate affairs to exquisite weddings and grand galas. Having worked in the catering industry her entire life, Heidi's creativity, attention to detail, and culinary expertise are an integral part to the processes of Central Florida's largest catering company.  Heidi is an important member of the leadership team, providing support and company direction on many facets of the business.  Nationally, she is an active participant in the Leading Caterers of America and serves on the Board of the International Caterers Association.
