    Kristin Beman leads the charge as Director of Sales for Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes, a DSquared Company, in Seattle, Washington. In her twelfth year with TnT, Kristin has been instrumental in the company's incredible sales growth, including a 17% increase from 2015 to 2016. With a knack for building sales, creating systems, and connecting with clients, her goal is to create a work environment that is the "perfect mix of business and fun" (which is also her personal motto). Kristin manages TnT's savvy sales department which includes five Event Managers each producing over $1 million in sales, and five exclusive venues (Melrose Market Studios, The Hall at Fauntleroy, Benaroya Hall, ACT Theatre and Cornish Playhouse). Motivated by clearly defined individual and team goals, TnT's sales team executed over 1200 events in 2016, leading to our most successful and profitable year yet, and are projecting a 25% increase in sales for 2017. Kristin has a Hospitality Business Management degree with minor in Business Administration from Washington State University, where she also was a collegiate athlete as a member of the women's crew team. Her free time is spent with her three favorite guys: her husband and two little boys.
