    Chef Rudy Garza cooks with style and passion. Growing up in a Hispanic family, the San Antonio native creates bold and creative dishes. Chef Garza has over 17 years' experience in the culinary arts and has received numerous culinary awards and recognition. Some of his earliest culinary experiences were from the kitchen of his grandmother's home. From that point on he has pursued his passion for greatness that led him through the Radisson Hotel, to The Laredo Country Club, San Antonio Food Bank, several culinary endeavors, and the University of Texas at San Antonio. Chef Garza is also a long time member of the American Culinary Federation and Texas Chef's Association. You can now find Chef Garza at the prestigious Baylor University, where he is the Executive Catering Chef. With such a diverse portfolio and experiences, Chef Garza looks forward to bring his experiences and flavors to other prestigious Universities.
