Once upon a time there was a girl named Goldilocks. Some of her food was too cold. Some of her food was too hot. One bed was too hard. The other was too soft. Goldilocks sounds a lot like some of our clients, doesn't she? In this fun and interactive seminar we will discuss some of the common complaints from clients and how to avoid them. We will also discuss red flags and what to do when the client is not always right. We will share stories from the field and as always, discuss what to do when the #$% hits the fan as we work toward a fairy tale ending.
