Join The Herbal Chef, Chris Sayegh, as he summarizes the common misconceptions of cooking and infusing food with cannabis, the basics of dosing, examines market trends in this (currently) $22 billion industry, discusses how it is being used in the experience of fine dining, catering, and pop-ups, and what we can expect the future of edibles to look like.
